At some point during our conversation she asked me 'What do you know?' I thought 'Wow that is a huge question!' First it depends on what we are talking about. Somethings I know a lot about and somethings I know nothing about and everywhere in between. I feel like this is how everyone is. We all have our specialities and areas we have no knowledge of. I decided I would sit and meditate with this question and this is what came from that...
In essence I know nothing at all... At the same time I have experienced the cosmos. The fullness, the emptiness, the infinite of the cosmos.
I have experienced the oneness with Divine. The embrace of the Universe as I melt into the oneness of it's fabric.
I have walked into the light and I have become that light. I have seen the many ways in which that light shines. I have come to know and understand how each strand of the oneness strives to be the perfect expression of it's source.
I have experienced the vastness of the Universe and the patience of a rock, the speed of light and the brilliance of a star... for the Universe is within me and me within the Universe.
There is no difference between the You and the I nor between the source and us. We are all One - all from the same source - all expressing an expression of the source. There is no right and no wrong, no good and no evil only manifestations of different aspects of the source playing it's part to know itself.
We are in essence living in a matrix with billions and billions of energy lines crossing each other. With no beginning and no end all part of the same line. Constantly moving, acting and reacting. Following the ebb and flow of the Universe. Emanating energy.
We all have our parts to play.
This Universe is so intricate that even if I was to ever reach 'Enlightenment' I still can not imagine that I would know all that there is to know or exactly what everything means or what the absolute "Truth" is. Each person as their own version of truth and of experience. What one hears the other hears completely different.
So... I say to you, always follow your own heart. Follow what feels right to you. If something someone said doesn't sit right for you then don't accept it as your truth... and don't place judgment on it, for you do not know their truth. It is each person's destiny to find their own truth and then have the courage to live by it regardless of how the outside world sees it. I encourage you to search for your own truth, know it, accept it and sometimes challenge it and allow others to have theirs.
