Ayurveda is an Ancient form of medicine from India that encompasses Movement, Nutrition, Herbs, Meditation and Breath work. It is often referred to as the Sister Science to Yoga. This 3 hr online workshop will give you a complete introduction to Ayurveda and how you can use it to increase your physical, mental and spiritual health.

This online class will be held over 3 evenings. Each evening we will move through 3 of the 9 IET Angels. We will meet each angel, meditate with the Angel, listen to a special message from the Angel and have an opportunity to 'feel' the Angel and receive your own messages. 7th Dimensional Diamond Healing Online Course
This online course is meant for those who are looking to increase their healing abilities and have already been 'Awakened'. Although newbies could try the course they may find it a little difficult to move through.
